Youth Membership

Under 18? Want a place to call home for the golfing season? Hate having to save up money to pay greens fees each time you play? We have an option for you. Youth memberships at the Club are offered to anyone ages 11 through 17.

Youth memberships don’t provide for use of club house facilities, but they do let you golf for free (walking rate only). There are some restrictions, but they’re easily managed.

  • Youth members must check-in at the pro shop before each round of golf.
  • Play will be limited on Saturdays between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Sundays and holidays, unless accompanied by an adult.
  • The youth will be limited by the discretion of the golf professional regarding playing availability at all times.

That’s it! Seems reasonable. One more thing: Youth golf membership annual dues are payable in full at the time of application. Payment must be made before playing or greens fees will be charged.

Remember, you’re becoming a member of the Bowling Green Country Club, so you’re required to observe all golf club rules and regulations. If you don’t, you may be removed as a member with no refund. Best to just follow the rules so you won’t have to worry about that.

So how much does it cost? Only $275 for 2012. That includes all taxes and fees. Play golf only 15 times over the summer and you’ve already paid for the youth membership. Talk to your parents today about this unique opportunity!

Parents: Do you have more questions? Call (419) 352-3100 and speak with the business office. The 2012 Youth Membership Application is now available. Merely print it, complete it and return it (with your check made payable to the Bowling Green Country Club).
